It's finally here!!!

February 20th! The day we find out if we are having a boy or a girl. February seemed sooooo far away when we found out we were pregnant. It is hard to believe that it is finally here. We are beyond excited!!!! Of course we are also excited to see our little Jellybean - I bet he/she has grown so much since we had our last ultrasound at 12 weeks.

Today (well, officially Monday) marks the 20th week of my pregnancy, meaning we are half-way through! Time is just flying by, although at times it seems like July is just forever away:)

Our plan today is to have the ultrasound tech put whether it is a boy or a girl in a sealed envelope. Then we are taking the envelope to a bakery and having them bake a cake for us. They are going to make a 2-layer cake and between the two layers they will put either blue or pink frosting, depending on whether it is a boy or a girl (at this point we will still no have idea). Then they will cover the entire cake with white frosting. We are inviting our family over for lunch and cake tomorrow afternoon and we will cut the cake and then we will all know if it is a boy or a girl!!!! I think the surprise will be priceless and the reactions will be priceless, but it will be soooo hard waiting until Saturday afternoon to know what we are having.

I will be sure to update tomorrow with a big slice of cake and hopefully a few ultrasound pictures:)
