The other day I was driving home from Puyallup. I got off the freeway exit and turned on the road leading up to our hill. I looked in my rear-view mirror and behind me was a bright orange Ford Mustang with really dark tinted windows. It made me think of Brent. As you may know, orange was Brent's favorite color. I hadn't noticed the Mustang behind me at any other point - it wasn't behind me on the freeway and it wasn't behind me when I got off the exit. And all of sudden there it was! I would like to think that it was a sign from Brent that he is still here, watching us and following us on our adventures. It gets better though...
Later on that same day I was driving home from Kent and I looked in my rear-view mirror and another orange Ford Mustang! I couldn't believe my eyes! This one wasn't quite as orange, it was more of a burnt orange color, but orange nonetheless. Thank you brother for being there for me, for us.
Coffee Bean - yum! This was our favorite coffee place. I will be sure to drink lots of Coffee Bean when we go to CA, just for you!
