Today I am thankful for my gym membership. I will admit that the gym and I have a definite love/hate relationship, but ultimately having the option to exercise and be healthy is something that I am very thankful for.
Tonight was the first night I have been to the gym in weeks and it felt good. In fact, I am inspired now. I am going to commit to at least 4 days a week at the gym - and I might even hire a personal trainer! It is so easy for me to forget about myself in the process of trying to be an amazing mother, wife, daughter, sister, and friend. It is time to take care of me! Because ultimately, taking care of myself makes me a better person all around.
